Publisher
Plaqat is a personal, non-profit project. Under Article 6-III-2 of the LCEN, the publisher — a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity, who is also the publication director — may keep their contact details private ; their identity is held on file, available to the authorities, with the host named below.
Host
Status and nature of the service
Plaqat is free for its users. No goods or services are sold through the service : booking always takes place with the event's official seller. Its publisher does not act as a professional (a “trader”) within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Some booking links are partner links ; see “Partner links and affiliation” below.
Partner links and affiliation
Plaqat does not sell tickets. Some booking links point to a partner ticketing platform and may earn the publisher a commission if you make a purchase. Such links are marked “Partner link” at the point where they are shown to you, as required by French consumer-information rules (DGCCRF) and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
The price you pay is identical with or without that link. No existing or potential revenue influences which events are listed or how they are ranked: an event is never published, nor placed higher, because it is commissionable.
Intellectual property
Plaqat's editorial content (design, text, source code) is the property of its publisher. Event data comes from third-party sources (see Data sources).
