Plaqat for cultural venues
What we list, what you get, and your rights — in plain words.
Who we are
Plaqat is a free, independent guide to cultural events in Paris — concerts, exhibitions, theatre, opera, jazz, festivals — on the web and soon on iOS. We don't sell tickets: every event page links to the event's official box office — yours, or your distributor's. Our purpose is to help Parisians discover your programme before it sells out.
What we list
- Facts only: title, dates, times, venue, price, and a link to your page.
- Descriptions are limited to a short excerpt, always followed by a “Read more” link to your site.
- Images are never copied or stored — they are displayed from your server, with the source credited on the event page (and the photographer credit relayed verbatim when you publish one).
- The source is cited on every event page, and your venue has its own page gathering its full programme.
What you get
- An audience actively choosing what to do — clicking through to your box office at the moment of decision.
- Your events appear in our recommendations, curated collections, the map and search.
- We flag “Tickets on sale” — our users are alerted at the right moment.
Your rights — our commitment
Your programme belongs to you. On request at salut@plaqat.app, we correct any information, remove an image, or remove your venue from Plaqat entirely — within 24 hours. We also respect every site's technical access restrictions.
Your venue isn't on Plaqat?
Just send the venue name and the address of your online programme to salut@plaqat.app. You can also flag a programme that needs updating, or offer us a direct channel.
